Welcome to foamcon

FoamCon, a shorthand combination of Foam Convention, dates its origins back to 2016, before Endwar became its own event. Drac created the concept for an event then known as Nations vs Zombies as a place to celebrate, share, and discuss all things related to the foam flinging hobby. The idea was a big hit and when Endwar was established in 2017, Drac knew he had to make sure it was part of the weekend.

The strides made in the consumer 3D printing world opened up so much creativity within the hobby and some of the innovations made by the community have found their way into designs of major corporations. Having a dedicated space to show off your creations to the community is a great way to get your designs and name out there and to get in person feedback!

There is lots to do and explore at FoamCon. We have designers showing off their latest creations, vendors helping you gear up for the upcoming game, and other regional clubs providing details on their latest games and events. You can even be on the lookout for some podcast hosts gathering information for their next upload.

We strongly recommend coming out and participating in this free convention. If this is your first event, this is a great way to explore and learn about the hobby in a stress free casual environment. If you are an experienced foam flinger, come say hello to your friends and make new ones as you may find yourselves on opposing sides during gameplay.
